Leaving the societal norm requires education, support, and a plan…not to mention courage, perseverance, and a non-negotiable expectation to thrive well beyond basic survival
Sometimes we have to step outside of who we are used to being in order to experience something different
Initial Consultation
Prior to your initial consultation I will review your health history forms and any labwork you provide in order to start puzzle piecing the factors at play in your individual case
Our discussion will hone in on the tiny details, zoom out to see the big picture, and talk about steps for moving forward ~ $200
Follow-up Sessions
I believe the nervous system leads the way towards wellness or illness, and our life experiences/perceptions overtly dictate that state. Healing happens when we work on the level of the nervous system, bypass the mind (which is sometimes too smart for our own good), and re-associate with our bodies.
Follow-up sessions include the biochemical and parasympathetic pillars outlined below ~ $150
Biochemical Pillar
They say knowledge is power! I use powerpoint slides (with pictures) to make this part simple and fun
Post-session notes remind you of where your going and how your getting there
I interpret basic labwork from your primary care physician using tighter reference ranges that point to imbalances before they become “diseases”. I also look at markers in conjunction with one another
Functional labwork is an option, but not a requirement. This test provides extensive data and typically cost between $200-400.
Implementing tiny habits helps you adopt new ways of being without startling your nervous system
The parasympathetic Pillar
The body will heal when the nervous system says it’s safe to do so
Regulating your nervous system is skill, and it is your primary ticket to freedom
Your vagus nerve is the heart of your parasympathetic nervous system and it regulates all the systems of your body
Be productive, not busy
By implementing tiny habits into your routine, in the right way, and in the right order, you can obtain two things arguably more valuable than money….your health and your time. Creating a routine or a system around a habit reinforces behaviors that support your goals without requiring a lot of thought. One tiny tweak at a time and you systematically create a healthier version of yourself. In a sense the hard roads are the ones worth taking, but it doesn’t actually need to be hard….
