I utilize principles from Neurosomatic Experience Therapy and HeartMath to regulate the nervous system, both amidst adverse experiences and/or afterwards. These techniques teach resilience as it is not possible to sustainably supplement your way out of stress. When we work on the level of the nervous system (not the story the mind wants to perseverate on) we don’t have to go into the rabbit hole to address, and be free from stressful experiences (past or present)

I believe the single most important thing we do to prepare for whatever nasty tricks the elites are planning is to learn how to regulate our nervous systems on command. Approaching life from a place of strength is something we have control over.

My bachelor’s degree from the University of California - Santa Cruz (biology w/an emphasis in biochemistry) gave me a solid foundation to dive into a targeted practitioner training at The School of Applied Functional Medicine

Learning how the systems of the body are interconnected showed me that the ways in which the body responds to its environment makes complete sense. I can look at health challenges with an understanding that the body responds from a place of evolutionary wisdom rather than because it’s broken. This allows me to make targeted adjustments that encourage the body to have a different response.

My training will never end…thank goodness
